Factory Shade Blind

THE EXCITING and innovative commercial roller blind system, specifically  targeting the everyday steel factory or shed roller door  “facing west”.

THE INCESSANT summer western sun cannot be contained and reigns down extreme blazing heat either into the factory workshop area, or against the partially closed roller door….reaching up to 55 degrees to touch.

THE INNOVATIVE Factory Shade  operates either a remote controlled commercial grade roller blind, or the manual hand wind-up model.   Versatile to fit any size factory or shed roller door  (average size is 4.5 metres wide) the roller unit is attached inside the factory by two specially designed powder coated adjustable steel brackets.   The actual blind rolls down on two marine grade stainless guide wires anchored to the floor with stainless eye bolts.

THE FACTORY SHADE Roller blind can be stopped or located in any position desired.   Usually leaving a small gap at the bottom of approx 400-500mm to allow for brooming out or hosing down if required. The outright success of the Factory Shade roller blind is the simplicity of design and lack of maintenance.  The imported German designed and manufactured cylinder motor is fast, strong and reliable.
